The Audrey McGraw relationship
Audrey McGraw is the youngest daughter of country stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. She and Garcia-Rulfo were together for roughly two and a half years, and in that whole stretch neither of them ever confirmed the relationship out loud. They never announced its end either. Most of what the public knows came from a handful of photos and a lot of reading between the lines.
It started with a guessing game. In June 2023, Audrey posted a picture from a resort in Careyes, Mexico, showing a man in a sun lounger with his arms stretched back. No name, no tag. The caption, in Spanish, read “come here, mom.” A follower asked in the comments if this was a hard launch. She liked the comment and said nothing else.
A few weeks later, Garcia-Rulfo posted his own cryptic shot, a woman half-hidden behind sheer curtains. Then, in late August 2023, the two posted from the same town square in Germany on the same day. Her clip showed him walking by the river in a flat cap. His showed a beer at the same spot. People connected the dots, which seemed to be the point.
The hints got clearer through 2024. In January she shared a solo night shot of him standing in a dark street. In March came a black-and-white photo of him with the caption “found Gatsby.” On October 18, 2024, photographers caught the two of them walking together in New York, the first time they had been seen as a couple in public, as reported by People.
That same month, Garcia-Rulfo gave a rare interview to HOLA! magazine and was asked, in passing, whether he felt lucky in love. He said:
“Yes, I do. Thank God. Honestly, yes. From childhood, and in everything, yes. There’s a lot of love in my life, thank God.”
By December 2024 the two were traveling through Mexico together while he promoted his Netflix film Pedro Pรกramo, and Audrey joined him at the Los Cabos International Film Festival.
Who is Audrey McGraw?
Audrey Caroline McGraw was born on December 6, 2001, which makes her 24 and 21 years younger than Garcia-Rulfo. She is the youngest of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s three daughters, after her sisters Gracie and Maggie.
She works as a singer and has built that career mostly on her own terms. Her live sets have included covers of Pat Benatar, Linda Ronstadt, and her father’s “Travelling Soldier.” In the summer of 2025 she toured Europe as part of Brandi Carlile’s lineup, with stops that included Oslo and London. Her parents have shown up at a number of her gigs over the years.

What happened in early 2026
On February 10, 2026, Hello! Magazine reported that the couple looked to have gone their separate ways. Nothing was confirmed by either of them. The signs were all in the absences:
- Most of the photos they had shared were taken down from both accounts
- The two no longer followed each other on Instagram
- Audrey’s sisters, Gracie and Maggie, had also unfollowed Garcia-Rulfo
Her August 2025 post is the last known image of the two of them together. Going by the public record, that is where things sit. Neither has said a word about it since.
The rumors worth clearing up
A few stubborn claims about Garcia-Rulfo’s love life keep resurfacing online. Here is what holds up and what does not.
Lee Min Jung. A 2015 rumor had Garcia-Rulfo married to the South Korean actress after people misread an Instagram post. Lee Min Jung married actor Lee Byung-hun in 2013. There is no link between her and Garcia-Rulfo.
Neve Campbell. His Lincoln Lawyer co-star plays a character with a tangled romantic history opposite his on the show, which is where most of this comes from. Off camera, Campbell has been with British actor JJ Feild since 2011, and the two have children together.
“Eva Ruiz.” This name turns up on a handful of sites as Garcia-Rulfo’s supposed wife. No credible outlet has ever reported it, and it does not appear anywhere in his real history. It is invented.
The actor who keeps his life off the page
Garcia-Rulfo grew up on his grandfather’s ranch near Guadalajara, in a big extended family with cattle, horses, and a grandfather who shot homemade westerns on 16mm film. The man was the local dentist, and he wrote the scripts, cast his own children, and screened the finished films for his grandchildren after dark.
His father became a dentist too, and the family assumed Manuel would do the same. He told HOLA! how that went:
“It wasn’t ideal for them. My dad and others didn’t want it; they always thought I’d become a dentist. My grandfather was a dentist, my father is a dentist; we’re a long line of dentists. They know it’s a tough profession, and almost no one makes a living from it. So, they worried, but in the end, they supported me.”
There is one more family thread worth knowing. Garcia-Rulfo is a distant relative of Juan Rulfo, the writer behind Pedro Pรกramo, the 1955 novel he later starred in for Netflix. Juan Rulfo was his father’s second uncle. When the role came up, he has said, his family’s note was blunt: do not mess this up.
Between jobs he goes home to that same ranch in Jalisco, where he keeps a lime orchard of around 300 trees. He is filming the fourth season of The Lincoln Lawyer now. On Audrey McGraw, on the breakup, on whatever comes next, he has offered nothing, which is roughly what anyone who has followed his career would expect.
